Missed Opportunity
I ordered Christmas Pj’s that came after Christmas. At no time was I informed on the delays of delivery or offered a solution. Before it was shipped I explained that it wouldn’t make it for Christmas and how disappointed I was. I was offered a 20% discount. Terrible communication & service. Who wants Christmas pj’s after Christmas not even 50% off!
