Scam
Received a gift token for 6 months and hadn’t finished using the credits up by the end. Customer service was completely useless and incompetent. Any previously bought books that hadn’t been started were cancelled. Wouldn’t recommend. Not sure how this service became so widely used as it’s a scam. if I can help one person not bother with the pain of using this service then hopefully that’s something. Save your money!
