Sent a stained shirt
Sent a stained shirt, with grease smeared on a shoulder. We contacted them immediately, as it was a Christmas gift. We got the generic "we can't wait to get back to you..." email response. I've reached out to them now 3 separate times, over more than a week's time, with no response beyond the initial email, and no correction made to the shirt, no refund, no replacement sent. STEER CLEAR.
