Utterly disappointing experience and not worth the £1,700 price tag of the Rotimatic Next after multiple discount codes. Bought it last month and In my experience, the machine produces acceptable rotis only around 50–60% of the time. The remaining 40–50% of attempts fail due to repeated warming cycles or improper dough formation. When the dough has to be removed manually, the machine resets the entire process, resulting in a complete restart. This leads to frequent delays, wasted ingredients, and 20–30 minutes lost in repeated loops without a usable outcome. Given the premium cost, I expected a far more reliable and seamless performance.
