Avoid at all costs.
Have sent several emails AGAIN after being told “Olivia” would deal with it personally. Starting to think Olivia doesn’t exist. Just like my order because it’s been 3 weeks and heard absolutely NOTHING. Never going to receive a refund because they can’t even reply to an email with any sort of tracking or updates. Not even send a courtesy email back. So rude.
