SCAM WARNING: They refuse refunds on out-of-stock items!
placed an order (#22528) for a DF64V V2 ($499). Over a week later, they emailed me saying it was out of stock until February 2026 (3 months later!). When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they actually replied: "I am so sorry there will be no cancellation / refund." They tried to hold my money hostage and force me to swap for a different, cheaper grinder (CF64V) that I didn't want. They claimed they couldn't refund me because of "credit card fees," which is a lie and a violation of merchant rules. They are based overseas and think they can ignore US consumer laws. Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable local distributor instead.
