If I could give 0 I would. “Priority” shipping takes about a month, at least I got my $5 back there. Bag arrived (after my trip so I had to buy a carry on anyways) and it’s plastic. I wouldn’t carry this bag in public. Customer service is useless, they just blow smoke. Can’t believe I wasn’t smart enough to do my research before spending $88 on this junk.
