Holiday Tradition Saved by Outstanding Support
My wife, brother, and I started getting the Flaviar Advent calendar four years ago, and it quickly became a fun little tradition for us. We loved it so much that we ordered it again the following year, but were a bit disappointed with the selection and presentation that time, so we decided to skip the next release. This year, the travel theme caught our eye, and we were excited that it could be shipped directly to me, so we decided to give it another try. We ended up really enjoying it. The whiskey selection was great, and the themed box was clever and charming. Unfortunately, two of the vials were broken when we reached them on Christmas Day. However, after emailing the support team, we received a same-day response, and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. The speed and helpfulness of their customer service genuinely impressed us and turned what could have been a disappointing moment into a positive experience. We are already looking forward to ordering another Flaviar Advent calendar next year and continuing the tradition.
