Booked rooms error
I booked rooms in Portage La Prairie MB for some family to come from Wisconsin to spend the weekend with me. The email then said, Vermillion AB and I wasn't able to process with a refund nor correct the booking. My family came and I had no choice but to get different rooms and cancel alot of plans. This mistake made by algotels, costed me a heavy burden and financial harm which was left me with no money for Christmas. I had to borrow money of the family to make Christmas happen. It was extremely embarrassing and made for a very cloudy holiday.
