Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. I returned an item unused and in original condition. ALIAS canceled the order claiming it was “used” without providing any evidence, inspection report, or photos. No refund has been issued and they have not clarified the location of either my money or the item. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and unacceptable customer service.
