Ongoing Issues and Gift Card Not Activated
I have had ongoing issues with NFLShop.com since November. The original store credit I received did not work. I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told it was active. I eventually asked to speak with a supervisor, who was also not helpful, and only after getting very firm did anything move forward. After finally placing an order, it took a long time to arrive. After Christmas, I returned the item as this was a gift and they wanted a different color and was issued a gift card refund. The gift card did not work. I called customer service three times and was told each time it was active when it was not. I then received an email stating the gift card was activated, yet it still did not work, requiring another call. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and customers should not have to repeatedly call and escalate issues just to use credits they are owed.
