Went from “do not buy” to everyone make a purchase!
I bought a final sale rug that was of questionable quality. Being that I could not return, I was able to get in contact with customer service who was extremely present and responsive. They were able to help me with the situation immediately and even offered to help pick a better suited rug for my room. Based solely off of the interactions with customer service, I know I will be a repeat customer. Thank you guys for your quick response and help!
