Im looking at the 1 star reviews and its very unfortunate they experienced this because I kept in close communication via WhatsApp with the seller about my package it was received one week after purchase and the hair seems to be pretty good! I conditioned it and did everything and it seems to be working out good for me. I’ve received many compliments on it so far and the person that recommended me this website, I am pleased. I like it. Thanks for the quick communication!
