Glitchy site. Poor customer service
I wish I could give 0 stars. The site didn’t work for over a month. I had an assignment due. I was so busy but I found another site which is actually free and less glitchy. Then another subscription payment to Chegg came out of my account. They refused to look into this as a complaint. They weren’t interested in the fact the site didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Why would a paid for site be so glitchy all the time? Then refuse refunds when they can’t deliver the service? It’s scammy
