Rotimatic Next does not work!
We upgraded (or rather downgraded) from Rotimatic Plus to Next in May 2025. We received the machine after October and it never worked like they advertise it. The rotis were always undercooked. It took us a couple of months to get customer support on it. After spending multiple hours on video calls to trouble shoot for months, their team finally decided to replace our faulty machine. We then received an email signed by the CEO, that said that there will be a few follow up steps which included 1) Pick up of the machine (which no one reached out to us after sending the return label, and we took it to Fedex on our own), 2) New machine will be shipped within 2 weeks. We ended up shipping the machine ourselves and from here on had no communication from them. The emails stopped working either. We, then suddenly received another machine in mail and that also worked the exact same way. It made uncooked rotis. It does not take 1 year to get a machine. It costs almost $2000 and it is not worth the price at all!! We have a broken part now and their website does not work and there is no way to reach out to them either. Horrible experience!! Please DO NOT buy from here!!!!!
