Everything was amazing but was so…
Everything was amazing but was so disappointed with the delay in delivery. While I realize this is on Fed Ex, it was very embarrassing to have a delivery 4 days late. Having said that, your communication and response was excellent and appreciated. In the end, the delivery was made and the recipients were happy!
