Zero stars. Apple used a so-called “free trial” flow that immediately charged my card, then support acted like I was supposed to calmly wait while they held my money. That unauthorized charge left me stranded with my children, and Apple’s response was delays, scripts, and no urgent help. Completely unacceptable billing practices and awful customer support.

The site advertises generous free spins and cashback deals, but what they don’t tell you upfront are all the hidden stipulations buried deep in the terms. My so-called “cashback” came with so many restrictions that it was basically useless. When I reached out to customer service for clarification, they were dismissive and downright rude — it felt like they just wanted to brush me off instead of helping. The lack of transparency around their bonuses makes it hard to trust anything they promote. Definitely not the fair or player-friendly casino they claim to be.
