Sunlu UK's lack of integrity and poor/no customer service
I placed an order with Sunlu UK and paid extra for a Seel worry free delivery. I won't be doing that again. After a week I still hadn't received a delivery date so I contacted Seel to see what the problem was and they confirmed that Sunlu haven't processed it yet. I emailed Sunlu twice and had no reply at all. I must say, previous orders have been ok but I won't be buying from them anymore, I have lost all faith in them. I emailed again to say I would like refund but still no reply. I finally got an email 8 days later to say the order was on it's way. I won't hold my breath.
