Unexpected Fees With No Prior Notice
I had a very disappointing experience. After paying a significant amount for the jewelry, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $86.55 tax fee by FedEx. This fee was never disclosed at the time of purchase. Had I been informed upfront, I would not have gone through with the order. Unexpected charges like this are frustrating and unacceptable. Transparency with customers is very important, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this case.
