They replied to my original review saying to send photos to replace. If u read the review you’d see I did. Just trynna make yourselves look good bc u ain’t replacing anything lmao. You wanted to give me 20%, 50% back… I disputed the charge w my credit card company. I’m not wasting my hard earned money on garbage.
They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Believe the reviews!! I should’ve done my research about them prior to. I ordered a recipe dish with a photo and recipe of a loved one. They literally laminated the photo and recipe on…. The way that they cut this was like a 2 year old did it. Mind you, it’s a bake dish that’s not even OVEN SAFE ?!?! When I received it the lamination was peeing off. Waited 3 weeks for the worst quality DIY I’ve ever seen. I asked for a refund, sent them several photos, and said the quality isn’t what’s on there website. They said they’d refund me 20%, yet this dish is 100% not useable… yea okay. I told them they should be embarrassed and ashamed to sell this terrible of a product. Literal scam, don’t believe anything they say or sell.
