Delivery took 6 weeks. Once I received, sent back for refund per information on website. Address in website was labeled "vacant" by USPS tracking. Do not buy anything from this company. Customer support is terrible. Now they won't respond to emails or messenger to resolve.
Complete scam. Been a month since ordered. "Martin" said mix up in shipping with first order. Will send out new order asap. Never happened. Stole $35. My response to your post: I've already had numerous back an forth emails with you. I've provided my order number and email. You said you would send out a new order, and provide the tracking number. Never sent me any information about my new order. Other posts from customers on trustpilot, have the same issues. Ordered from Pawfect House instead. Delivered in 2 days, half the price, no issues.
