My toning pants unfortunately were not working on the right rear of the pants. I notified support and received very timely communication. I did get a little confused by the multiple requests to test the pants including pictures. I feel some of those emails were template replies and became frustrating to finally get a reply to replace the pants. This was not the best experience but I am happy that I will finally get these replaced and get to use them. I have purchased multiple devices from JOVd and Jane been very pleased’
