£74.90 worth of pies still waiting for months later
I placed my second order on 25th Feb 2025, knowing it can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive which is absolutely fine. Unfortunately 3 weeks later, I gave birth prematurely and suffered a stroke postnatally. The delivery was never received. It has taken until December for me to reach out to the Radfords to request delivery or a refund. I am still waiting for a response. The sad thing is that my order was for 4 large family pies totalling £74.90 - not a small amount I can afford to just lose. I would appreciate a response or I’ll have to contact my bank to help me resolve the issue.
