I ordered two microdermabrasion machines and was really impressed with the quality and performance. Unfortunately, one of them was stolen from my porch after delivery. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely amazing , understanding, and quick to help. They replaced the stolen machine promptly with no hassle at all. The product itself works great, and the customer service truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company for both their excellent products and outstanding support.
