Excellent Service - Tricky User Experiences
Excellent customer service. esp. Martha going beyond. Service has been extremely responsive after instruction, and accuracy upon intake makes for a simpler submission. CA->UK has been seamless using RoyalMail via CAPost (both tracked air and untracked land). Shipping prices and handling fees are fair and make each transaction easier. Not used consolidation or splitting, but Martha has been so supportive in providing information that I would utilise this service without concern. Only issues are: - The detailed User Guides are not linked to within the relevant sign-up or My Account pages (so I wasted a lot of time myself and for customer support) - I only realised the guides existed after a google search. - The Login button is actually hidden on a mobile user interface, so quite challenging to gain access to one's account - essentially taking the long user journey as a new sign-up to access the My Account page. - Standard Box Sizes for repackaging should be listed to allow users to estimate onward shipping and import fees.
