Zero support. No customer service. I think its a scam. Never received my parts

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. This is the only message I received after placing an order was to make a review. I did receive an invoice from a different company but I still have no idea if or when I'm going to get the gauges that I ordered. So far nobody's replied to any emails
