Order #EUS195390 I purchased this Elegoo Centauri printer on 11/17 and it no longer works. I receive the Printhead anomaly message. I checked the cable and also used a 240w data c to c type cable which did not fix the problem. Please advise or send me replacement parts to remediate this concern. I also recently purchased a second printer and hope I do not have to address this issue so soon either. I do perform regular maintenance on my other brand of machines and do not have this issue.
