I had an excellent experience
I had an excellent experience, largely thanks to the outstanding support provided by Florence Morales. Florence was exceptionally helpful, patient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. She went far beyond simply arranging the tickets and took the time to understand my concerns, particularly regarding the seating arrangements for my wife and our two-year-old son on their journey from Switzerland to Colombia. What impressed me most was the personal attention she gave to every detail. She carefully reviewed the different aircraft configurations, selected the best available seats, and explained her choices clearly to ensure that mother and child could travel together as comfortably as possible. I always felt that she genuinely cared about finding the best solution for my family rather than simply completing a booking. Communication was excellent throughout, and Florence remained friendly, patient, and solution-oriented at every stage. This level of personal service is increasingly rare and deserves recognition. Florence is an excellent representative of TravelBusinessClass, and based on my experience with her, I would gladly use the company again. Thank you very much, Florence, for your exceptional support!
