Just received my keychain, it is fantastic! I love it!
I ordered a 5 cm keychain using the first order coupon, and my overall first impression was pretty good. The shipping was faster, cheaper, and soother than I expected. The printing itself came out really well, as the colors and details are accurate to the mockup (I'd even dare to say the physical product looks even better than the mockup, since the colors have more contrast and look even more vivid). I think the thickness of the acrylic will make it a durable product. I was a bit worried the image would look blurry because I didn't rescale it before the customization, but it came out perfect! The quality of the clasp is very good, and I think it is a cute touch that it has a little star and an actual (I mean, with sound!) bell. As a whole, the quality of the keychain itself is very good for its price, while the customization, ordering, and the shipping experiences were pleasing. Since my order had an overseas delivery, it was packaged in a box, wrapped in bubble plastic, and placed inside a Ziploc bag. So, the keychain came in excellent shape despite travelling almost the entire world. The acrylic also came with a protective film on each side, which helped to prevent scratches during transportation (the film on the front had a small scratch/bubble, but when I removed it, the defect disappeared. So, the acrylic was clear, perfectly cut and without any defect!). The site itself can improve some stuff as translations and shipping status updates (these can get sometimes lagged), but since it is pretty new and in constant growth, I'm sure these issues will be solved pretty soon. I personally didn't have any trouble checking the shipping status since I also backed up with third-party trackers. All I can say is that I fully recommend the service and the product itself, I'll surely order again in the future (and maybe, try other products from the catalogue).
