WORSE COMPANY/ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ORDER WILL TAKE MONTHS TO COME
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my order. It’s been over a month with nothing shipping, I reached out to their customer service via email and I was explicitly told that my order would ship soon by Wednesday, and that this information had already been confirmed with their shipping team. Despite this, I am now several days later being informed by their customer service rep that now nothing will be shipped out and that the XL pee pads I ordered nearly a month ago are now suddenly out of stock and may be back in stock and will ship out in APRIL! (That would be nearly 2 months waiting for pee pads as I ordered in February). This information was never disclosed previously and directly contradicts what I was told. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. Their website did not indicate that the item was out of stock at the time of purchase, nor was I notified afterward. Accepting payment for items that are not available and failing to communicate accurate updates is unacceptable. Additionally, offering only a 10% discount for such a significant delay is not a reasonable or good-faith resolution. At this point, I no longer have confidence in your company and do not wish to proceed with this order which is why I requested a full and immediate refund. No customer should have to deal with an unprofessional company such as Alpha Paw, waiting over a month for a simple product such as dog pee pads is ridiculous.
