Your customer service is the worst I’ve experienced for a platform I pay this much for every month. There should be 24-hour chat support — waiting until the next day is unacceptable. I like much of the platform, but there are clunky, limiting issues that need to be fixed. Talking to customers before they buy higher-level programs is unnecessarily difficult. I’m forced to use external forms just to collect a phone number and basic info — awkward and inefficient. At minimum, expand the coaching intake form so we can collect real background details and a phone number, and allow us to embed our calendar before purchase, not after. There are more issues, but not enough time to list them all.
