This is our second attempt to get RTS Financial to do the right thing. We have repeatedly requested a release and termination letter and completed every step their main office required. Instead of resolving the issue, we were pushed back and forth between sales and the transition department. Our sales representative stated he cannot help, transition redirected us back to sales, and now both departments have stopped responding entirely. This feels like deliberate stalling and holding our company hostage. We are giving RTS Financial 24 hours to respond and resolve this matter before we pursue further escalation.
