I recommend try a different recovery software company
After a long 24 hour scan to find files, it gave me a choice of 3 plans - 1 month or Annual plan or Perpetual plan. I clicked on buy one month usage plan, a window popped up offer Christmas discount so I clicked on it, paid $66 AUD. Recovered some files then a few days later went back to recover more files and it took another 24 hours to deep scan then it would not let me recover it, it took me to buy another usage plan with 3 plans only available. I tried again same thing I tried customer support and it's not user friendly. Could not find an Australian support number. I found and downloaded my invoice which stated I purchased a 1 week usage plan. Got email reply back stating I purchased a 1 week usage. I still cannot find on their website the 1 week usage plan. I would have paid the small extra amount for the monthly plan. BUT I DEFINITELY CLICKED ON MONTHLY PLAN So now I have files still to recover and no usage. This company is not much help after they take your money. I now have to buy another recovery plan but will definitely use another company. They do not give you an invoice you have to download it yourself so Please check you invoice instantly when purchased that you got correct plan as purchased. I did not check invoice as I trusted this company and I ended up wasting my time and money. Addit: Wondershare recoverit offered me no support when I contacted them to tell them my case, hence my negative review. They offer support after writing my review, but I ended up using another company and its software picked up a lot more files than what the Wondershare recoverit software found.
