Dont order from creality
Ordered a K2 Plus printer on 30. Januar. Delivery was estimated 5-7 days.24 february printer still hasnt moved. According to tracking last update is "label created". Customer support is explaining it away due to chinese new year etc. But printer ships from germany. Ive contacted customer support multiple times, with 0 help. Mails dont get answered. After a while they answered with "out of stock" but still advertising with printers in stock. Avoid creality, their logistics and customer support makes it not worth it alone, regardless if the printer us good.
