Overall recommend
I would generally recommend Wooacry for their DIY editor, print quality and customer service, but I think their colour calibration and website UX/UI could be improved though. (+) Their DIY editor and customization is great. It helps a lot with prototyping and visualization on your own, along with solid customization for the acrylic DIY editor to do some fun stuff. As this is self-guided without a rep, you may miss out on things if you're starting out fresh. I recommend reading up on the info and guides in their item listings (especially white ink), and checking out their discord. (+) I've contacted their customer service on discord for a missing item in an order, and various website errors. As we're in the same time-zone (GMT+8), they've responded pretty quickly and almost all issues have been resolved within the same day. Big thank you to Fan for being kind and patient! (~) I've ordered a wide range of item samples. Generally, their print quality is smooth without pixelation or visible dots, and details can be seen. However the same file can have different colour outputs for different products, or even for the same item as a reprint. It's very visible in terms of Magenta and Yellow values in particular. Some slight variation is fine, but in my case the acrylic standee's colours was just too desaturated/washed out for me to be satisfactory. Their art boards and PET plastic colour matching is pretty on point and fantastic though. I also appreciate their general 1 MOQ. (-) I feel that their website could be improved as critical information can get easily missed out based on the UX. Overall I would still be using Wooacry, and would recommend it for starting out.
