Hi. My trip was 3th of January 2026 from Kuusamo to Warsaw with a 1.5-hour layover in Helsinki. The weather was good, but the flight was delayed because of some passenger. We arrived in Helsinki 5 minutes before the next flight, and of course, I missed it. I had to wait at the airport for about 6 hours. FINNAIR gave me a €17 coupon that I could spend on food, thank you. I had a lot of free time and spent some time online. I came across an ad for companies offering compensation for flight delays. I randomly chose Compensair LTD and was right. I wrote to them, and they responded immediately. I filled out everything that same day, and on January 16th, the money arrived in my account.
