Returned dog items at Bass Pro Rossford Ohio. And realized when I got home there was a mistake on my refund. Went back right away and talked this woman at customer service. She figured it out but was very disrespectful towards me. There isn't a reason for her to act nasty. Poor customer relations. Jan 17th 2026 3:00 pm
