Exceptional Customer Service Experience - Highly Recommend
I recently purchased two machines, and while one arrived with a minor cosmetic issue specifically, three of the laser pad holders did not seat correctly--it did not affect the machine's functionality. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Callie. Callie was incredibly professional responsive, and helpful. Not only did she quickly arrange for the replacement holders to be sent. but she also included two additional laser pads as a courtesy. This is truly some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. I am very impressed with both the product support and the company's commitment to their customers.
