I placed an order for suture material on the 14 th Jan 2026. Sadly it’s the 22nd Jan today and the order isn’t even dispatched! Repeated calls to the customer care number go unanswered and even an email requesting an update on the dispatch date just comes with an apology and no information about the dispatch date! Being in the medical profession it’s imperative to be delivered consumables on time and such unprofessional service is the last thing one would need.
