Buyer beware
Buyer beware! These guys have an F rating through the BBB and for good reason!! I got my order reasonably quickly, but everything since then has been terrible. They do not respond to emails at all, and their customer service number is AI with no option to talk to a person. You cannot cancel your service or delete your account, so it's scary that you can't ever get to a person. I've now been trying to cancel for two days and keep getting AI answers and no actual help. Definitely avoid!! Once you start giving them your money, you're stuck for life apparently. Update: If this isn't the standard of care they want, they need to have actual human options for ANY of their customer support. I'm still not a believer.
