Don’t complain just report them.
Instead of continuing complaining we have laws against this in the EU, and the Netherlands. So i suggest everyone report them to whatever organisation you have in your country that could possible investigate. In The Netherlands its NVWA. so they can prevent them from selling their crap in the EU. Clearly Pvy bike has no intrest in selling quality products and safe products are not a priority. I have already reported them. Below you can read my experience with PVY bike I have had this bike for a year and half. When i came back from a vacation i smelled something burning in my hallway. I took the battery out of the bike and saw that it had a burn mark. This is a complete safety hazerd. When i told customer service they told me it was my own fault. And i can buy a new battery. Why do they think i would want to waste my money on something that could burn my appartment building down. That is insane to me.
