National Floors Direct did an excellent job installing the floors in my mother-in-law’s home. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. My mother-in-law is Deaf, and the team was incredibly flexible and thoughtful, especially when she needed to remain at home during the installation—something that understandably made their work more challenging. They handled this with patience and care, never making it feel like an inconvenience. Communication was excellent throughout the process, the work was completed on time, and the crew cleaned up thoroughly each day. The quality of their work also made it incredibly easy for us to move directly into the next phase of the project—having the house painted—without any additional prep or rework needed.
