I would advise everyone not to take this product. My wife and I were taking it together, didn't loose any weight, blood pressure was through the roof and we were fighting! Which we never have done in 25 years of marriage. I don't know what's in this Burn Evolve, but it's terrible. I could go on but you get the gist. Now, I'll try to get a refund. St George, UT
