Glen assisted me in difficult situation, I had a phone number associated with an email account that is no long mine, Telstra had stripped it from me after 30 years, imagine the hassels that caused. I needed to have Summ reset my account with a new email and phone number. Glen was very pleasent to deal with and completely solved my problem, thanks Glen your appriciated.
