This hair is not entirely natural or unprocessed human hair; it appears to be mixed or treated, which affects its quality. The hair tends to be brittle and coarse, making it difficult to style and maintain without specialized care. The return policy is highly complex and confusing, requiring multiple exchanges—about 10 to 12 emails—with customer service. Despite these efforts, she did not refund the full amount we initially agreed upon. I am completely dissatisfied and will never do business with QVR again. To avoid unnecessary frustration, I recommend shopping exclusively on Amazon, where policies are clearer. Stay far away from this company; their products are subpar, and their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I would give them a -0 star rating if I could.
