I ordered from Rosie in the Sky on two separate occasions, and both times they shipped the completely incorrect dress. Despite their website explicitly stating they offer full refunds, getting my money back has been an absolute nightmare.For the first incorrect order, customer service refused a full refund and instead offered a 40% partial refund if I kept the wrong dress. On the second incorrect order, they tried to lowball me even more by offering only 30% to keep it. When I refused and told them that was unacceptable, they agreed to a 60% refund.It has been weeks, and neither refund has been received. When I contacted them to demand my money, I was brushed off and told the refund "got stuck" in their system. They send the wrong items, don't adhere to their online store policies, and withhold your money. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
