This company is a scam storefront. None of the images are theirs, and they aren't selling what's in the photos. What you receive is nothing like what you ordered in style or quality. I ordered two sizes of the same dress - a 2 and a 4. I received ONE cheap piece of unlined plastic fabric that didn't even resemble the dress I ordered and didn't include a size. There was a sticker with an "S" on it that had been stuck to the bag, but no numbered size. I emailed them only to receive automated messages offering me a percentage of my money back. I have still not received a refund on the item I never received or on the item I had to pay $22 to mail back to them at their address in China.

I ordered from Rosie in the Sky on two separate occasions, and both times they shipped the completely incorrect dress. Despite their website explicitly stating they offer full refunds, getting my money back has been an absolute nightmare.For the first incorrect order, customer service refused a full refund and instead offered a 40% partial refund if I kept the wrong dress. On the second incorrect order, they tried to lowball me even more by offering only 30% to keep it. When I refused and told them that was unacceptable, they agreed to a 60% refund.It has been weeks, and neither refund has been received. When I contacted them to demand my money, I was brushed off and told the refund "got stuck" in their system. They send the wrong items, don't adhere to their online store policies, and withhold your money. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
SCAM-Do not order
AWFUL! We received the wrong dress and requested a refund and return label. They keep offering partial refunds and to keep the hideous, wrong dress sent. When they did offer a full refund they expected us to pay international shipping to return the wrong dress. In addition, a huge RED FLAG I noticed afterwards is that taxes were not charged.
