I am beyond frustrated with Afriex
I am beyond frustrated with Afriex. They are currently holding my funds with no clear explanation and no timeline for release. I have contacted their support team multiple times, only to receive the same copy-paste corporate templates. They claim they are diligently working on the issue, but they refuse to provide a single concrete fact about why my money is being withheld or when I will get it back. It is completely unacceptable for a financial service to go silent on a customer’s money. Professional emails don't pay bills, my money does. If you value your peace of mind and want a service that actually respects your hard earned funds, STAY AWAY FROM AFRIEX. I will update this review if and when they actually decide to do the right thing and release my money, but until then, consider this a warning to everyone else.
