Worst customer service ever
Verizon Connect Reveal is a nightmare. Customer service only takes messages for your account rep, who never returns calls or emails. It feels intentional. I tried to cancel before my contract renewed but couldn’t reach anyone until I filed a BBB complaint — by then, they said it had already renewed and I was stuck. Almost a year later, I’m in the same situation again. All I want is a call back so I can cancel my final contract. I’d even pay the fee — I just want to be done. This company avoids customers and traps them in contracts. Stay away.
