Scammy company
Scammy company. Won't refund an airline ticket even though US law requires refunds within 24 hours of purchase. They are based in Poland with a customer service staff apparently in India. Awful company.

Reprehensible & greedy business
the eSky company -- based in Poland -- is unethical and predatory. They should be investigated and fined by any country's consumer protection agencies where they are licensed to operate. Or have their license revoked. They send emails, pretending to be processing a refund, but that's it. Reprehensible business, shameful owners (some of them soulless equity traders) and employees who have been trained to prop up this criminal activity. Do better, EU. Do better, Poland. Hold this eSky company accountable to the most basic principle of fair consumer practices. Now.
